Bombora welcomes Allyn Wasley as Chief Financial Officer

Bombora Wave Power Pty Ltd (‘Bombora’ or ‘the Company’) has appointed senior executive Allyn Wasley as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Wasley will lead the Company’s recently announced private capital raising to fund construction and deployment of the first 1.5MW mWaveTM in 2017 in Peniche, Portugal.

With over 15 years in executive level management and 10 years as a company director, Mr Wasley is highly experienced in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and project management. In addition to holding multiple directorships, Mr Wasley has worked as General Manager, Company Secretary and CFO at CBH, Australia’s largest co-operative and a leading agri-business.
